  • A beloved taste of California is coming to Nashville. Puesto, the family-owned Mexican restaurant, is bringing its award-winning, authentic Mexico City-style tacos to Nashville Yards in summer 2026. Known for its filet mignon taco and over a dozen made-to-order salsas, Puesto will open its first out-of-state location on the ground level of The Everett, offering both lunch and dinner service, along with delivery and catering.

  • A new culinary destination is now open in downtown Nashville. Fogo de Chão, the internationally known Brazilian steakhouse, has opened its first Tennessee location at Nashville Yards, bringing its legendary tableside service, endless fire-grilled meats, and a beautiful dining room with an on-site butcher shop.

  • A new landmark is on the horizon for downtown Nashville. A 53-story hotel and condominium tower is planned for 319 Peabody Street. If approved, the $460 million project will become the city’s tallest building, featuring 405 hotel rooms, 104 condominiums, and a public plaza for all to enjoy.
