Williamson County's McEwen Northside is adding two new restaurants, Culinary Dropout and Hawkers Asian Street Food, to its development. The new additions will be anchor tenants in a new, 300,000-square-foot campus expansion.Culinary Dropout is a gastropub from Fox Restaurant Concepts, with a planned opening date of September 10th. It will feature a laid-back atmosphere and outdoor seating. Hawkers Asian Street Food will offer a menu of shareable Asian street food dishes and is scheduled to open in early 2026. This will be its second location in the Nashville area.
Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott is opening its fourth location at Ashwood 12 South in Nashville. The new store, located at 2212 12th Avenue South, is a lifestyle brand offering Western-style products, including hats, footwear, and jewelry. The boutique is set to open in the winter of 2025 and will feature a unique retail experience with personalization and local artisan residencies.
Party Fowl is set to open a new hot chicken restaurant in East Nashville's Five Points neighborhood at 1016 Woodland St. in late September 2025, replacing the former Tenn Sixteen Food & Drink Co. location. The new location, which is a short walk from the heart of Five Points, is one of several planned for the brand under new ownership by R&R Brands, following a company bankruptcy in 2024.
