Hattie B's Hot Chicken is expanding its Nashville presence with a new outpost in East Nashville. Located at 1206 Gallatin Ave., the new location is planning a mid-2026 opening, transforming a former laundromat into a community-centric space. The family-friendly spot will feature outdoor games, space for concerts, and sports watch parties.
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is continuing its massive, multi-billion dollar expansion program, with the next phase of development well underway. This transformative project, called "New Horizon," includes the reconstruction of Concourse A and is designed to accommodate the city's unprecedented growth. Upon completion, the expansion will nearly triple the airport's capacity, enhancing facilities and adding more gates to support Nashville's increasing travel demands.
Construction is set to begin on what will eventually be Tennessee's tallest tower. Developer Giarratana has secured a $340 million financing deal for Paramount, a 60-story residential building planned for 1010 Church St. The $460 million mixed-use project is scheduled to break ground on September 15th, with construction managed by Brasfield & Gorrie.
